DJ Paul from Three 6 Mafia hit with lawsuit over Death and Trippie Redd is in on it too.

DJ Paul just got sued the second time and Trippie Redd seems to be caught up in the legal battle over a ‘Hit’ song.

The man from On The Strength Records, named Reginald Boyland is sues DJ Paul over Trippie Redd’s track “Death” which touched down last November.

In the words of Boyland in legal docs, “Death” used DJ Paul’s famous 1997 “Hit a Mutha****a.” Big mistake, according to Boyland, because he claims Paul no longer owns the rights to ‘Hit.’

Allegedly, via the suit, Boyland claims he got rights to the song in a 2015 settlement with Paul. He had sued DJ Paul claiming ‘Hit’ sampled his track, “Pimps In The House.”
